However, actress Pranati Rai Prakash proves that with the right approach, effortless beauty is achievable even amidst the chaos of a hectic schedule. As the summer season is all set to arrive, actress Pranati Rai Prakash shares her skincare and haircare secrets that help her to keep her skin glowing and healthy On and off-screen. Pranati emphasizes the importance of self-care and prioritizing simple yet effective routines for on-the-go maintenance.

When it comes to skincare, Pranati Rai Prakash believes in the power of consistency and natural ingredients. She says, “I stick to a basic skincare routine involving cleansing, toning, and moisturizing. I opt for gentle products that suit my skin type and remove makeup before hitting the bed, no matter how tired I am. I prefer to wear very little makeup unless the role demands otherwise. When your skin is healthy and supple, it helps the makeup to blend well and looks natural on-screen. Also prefer indulging myself in homemade Ubtan masks that have ingredients like honey, yogurt, and turmeric. These natural remedies not only nourish my skin but also provide a soothing experience after long hours of shooting”

Talking about Pre Shoot rituals she says, “I make sure I get enough sleep the night before my shoot. Before putting on makeup, I spend a lot of time prepping my skin by moisturizing and massaging thoroughly. Post-pack up from shoots. I ensure my skin is completely makeup-free, then oil my face and massage well before sleep. It helps me fight major breakouts. This is the best way to tackle hectic shoot days for me.” exclaimed actress Pranati Rai Prakash.

The actress also revealed her Hair care routine, to get different looks always, Pranati has often indulged in getting her hair colored revealing how she protects that, the actress says, “I make sure to condition my hair twice or thrice a week and indulge in weekly oil massages to promote growth and maintain its luster. During shoot days, I prioritize heat protection and opt for hairstyles that minimize damage. And above all, drinking plenty of water and consuming fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins and antioxidants play a crucial role in achieving healthy skin and hair,” she asserts.

Pranati’s dedication to self-care serves as an inspiration to many, proving that with a few simple steps and a commitment to wellness, anyone can achieve a radiant and healthy appearance, regardless of their hectic schedule.
