Blue Clif by Nicholas Roerich

DAG  presents an exhibition that examines how artists have addressed their work through the prism of the colour blue that has been imbued with nuances particular to the country and its culture.

Opening on the 10 October 2021 at DAG, The Claridges, New Delhi and featuring over 150 works, Indian Blue uncovers a range of artistic practices from the realistic to the abstract, from landscapes and portraits to history paintings and figurative narrations, across an equally astonishing range of mediums–oils, watercolours, acrylics, printmaking, sculpture–and periods.
