Vegetable Crystal dumplings
Ingredients –
1. Small cube water chestnut – 50 gm
2. Small cube asparagus – 35 gm
3. small cube carrot – 35 gm
4. Black Fungus – 30 gm
5. Chopped Ginger – 5 gm
6. Chopped Chilli – 3 gm
Method of preparation – Mix 100 gm of potato starch with hot water and make a dough, now cut this piecewise into a round disc about 3 to 3 and a half inches in diameter and add stuffing of water chestnut, asparagus, carrot, & black fungus and steam it.
Serve with Chef’s special black pepper & fragrant chili sauce.
Ginger Chicken Jiaozi Dumplings
Ingredients –
1. Chicken Leg Boneless – 120 gm
2. Onion – 10gm
3. Spring Onion – 5 gm
4. Oyster Sauce – 10 gm
5. Dark soya – 2 gm
6. Light soya – 2 gm
7. Chilli Paste – 5 gm
8. Sesame oil – 2 gm
9. Beetroot – 5 gm
Method of Preparation – Mix 100 gm of potato starch with hot water and make a dough, now cut this piecewise into a round disc about 3 to 3 and a half inches in diameter and add stuffing of shredded chicken, onion, spring onion, chili paste, beetroot, dark soy sauces, & pickled ginger & steam it.
Serve with Chef’s special black pepper & fragrant chili sauce.
