Raw Mango, the creative vision of Sanjay Garg, opened Lakmē Fashion Week in partnership with FDCI in New Delhi at the Indira Gandhi Sports Complex
Lakmē Fashion Week opening night was a spectacular event with Raw Mango’s ‘Children of the Night’ collection taking center stage. Sanjay Garg’s creative vision, inspired by the enigmatic world that comes alive after dark, showcased a blend of confidence, carefree spirit, and unapologetic style. The homage to Lakmē Glitterati added a touch of glamour and sparkle to the runway.
The debut of Lakmē Glitterati looks for Festive 2023, including Shimmer Siren, Rainbow Burst, and Glitter Bomb, brought forth a dazzling array of makeup trends. The collaboration with makeup artist Daniel Bauer resulted in a series of six trends, promising bold and glittering style statements for the upcoming festive season.
The collection, , featured over 40 shades of luminous skin tints, eye paints, shine lipsticks, and nail enamels. The diversity in shades aims to cater to women across different skin tones and types. The return of glitter and glamour signifies a bold and playful approach to beauty.
Sanjay Garg’s ‘The Children of the Night’ collection showcased his expertise in woven fabrics, with garments displaying mastery over drapes, surface embellishments, and precise constructions. The unconventional path taken this season resulted in ensembles that are expected to be timeless heirlooms, complementing the Lakmē Glitterati collection.

Their stunning appearance in Lakmē Glitterati looks and Raw Mango’s innovatively designed ensembles undoubtedly contributed to making the show even more special.
