Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru is excited to welcome Mohammed Saleem Gafoor as the new Executive Pastry Chef. With over 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Chef Saleem brings a remarkable blend of expertise, creativity, and passion for pastry arts to the hotel’s culinary team.
Chef Saleem’s career journey includes working with some of the world’s most prestigious hospitality brands, such as Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Ritz-Carlton, and Le-Royal Meridien. Most recently, he served as the Executive Pastry Chef at Four Seasons Hotel & Resort Doha, where he led the pastry department for nearly a decade. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and inventive dessert creations, he has been at the helm of many large-scale events, including preparations for the FIFA 2022 in Qatar. His time with Four Seasons has taken him to properties in Mauritius and Bahrain, giving him a unique global perspective that aligns perfectly with Four Seasons’ dedication to delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
