A Celebration of Wellness, Music, and Mindful Living
New Delhi, India – March 2, 2025 – The fourth edition of Be Good #ForYou, India’s leading wellness festival, transformed Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium into a vibrant hub of self-care, music, and conscious living. With over 2,000 attendees, the festival seamlessly blended immersive workshops, thought-provoking discussions, and soul-stirring performances—offering a holistic experience for the mind, body, and spirit.
At the heart of this transformative movement is Poonam Lal, the visionary behind Be Good Tribe. Reflecting on the festival’s mission, she shared, “Be Good #ForYou isn’t just an event—it’s a movement. We want to create a space where people can reconnect with themselves, heal, and unlock their true potential.” Under her leadership, Be Good Tribe has evolved into a global community dedicated to promoting mindful and compassionate living.
Wellness in Action: Workshops & Empowering Conversations
The day began with an energizing “Sacred Stretch” session led by Mini Shastri, followed by Geet Taneja’s acupressure workshop, “Tap the Right Points.” Renowned yoga master Bharat Thakur guided participants through his dynamic Artistic Yoga, while movement specialist Dweety Dutta brought infectious energy with “Jah Moves.” In a heartwarming session, Adnaan Khan demonstrated the therapeutic power of animals with “Healing Paws,” highlighting how therapy dogs can enhance emotional well-being.

The festival’s keynote address came from Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati Ji, whose talk, “Mindfulness in Action: Harnessing Inner Awareness for Everyday Wellness,” resonated deeply with the audience. Emphasizing the power of presence, she remarked, “True well-being is found in the present moment. When we cultivate inner awareness, we create a life of peace, purpose, and fulfillment.”
Behind the Scenes of Success: Honest Conversations
An unfiltered conversation between actor and dancer Shantanu Maheshwari and global music artist Nahko Bear, moderated by Yamini Singh, offered an intimate look at the realities of success. Shantanu reflected, “Success isn’t just about talent—it’s about resilience, patience, and staying true to your craft,” while Nahko added, “The most powerful stories come from our deepest truths. Music, like life, is a journey of self-discovery.”
