Aditi Rao Hydari was recently honoured with Dadasaheb Phalke award for Excellence in Tremendous Contribution to South Cinema.
The gorgeous Aditi Rao Hydari made her mark in the Hindi film industry in a short span of time and later went on to make her foray in the other Indian film industries, with the belief that cinema has no boundaries.
After being part of the biggest films down south like Mani Ratnam’s Kaatru Veliyidai (Tamil) for which she won Best Debut Actress award and Sammohanam (Telugu) , Aditi fast became one of the most sought after stars and was signed for Mysskin’s tamil film Pyscho with Udhayanidhi Stalin, Sankalp Reddy’s Telugu film with Varun Tej, Mani Ratnam’s next crime thriller “Chekka Chivantha Vaanam”and a yet to be titled bilingual film with Dhanush.
Aditi continues to dabble in various genres even in the films she chooses to be part of down south be it romances, crime thrillers, horrors and even a space drama. The versatile star has carved a niche for herself with her consistently nuanced performances, while continuing to experiment and push the envelope when it comes to her craft.
