My hands are becoming dark. Can you suggest a home remedy?
For dark hands, add one teaspoon sugar to lemon juice and apply on the hands daily. Add the sugar just before application. Rub on the hands and wash off with water. You can also apply til oil daily before bath and massage it into the skin. Three times a week, mix besan with curd and a little turmeric into a paste and apply on hands. Wash it off after half an hour.
I want to make my lips pink naturally. What should I do?
The skin of the lips is very thin and delicate. However, after washing the face, when the lips are wet, you can rub them gently with a soft towel. This helps to remove dead skin. Then apply cream of milk and leave it on for an hour. Apply pure almond oil daily on the lips at night and leave on overnight.
I used to have pimples. Now they have gone, but there are dark pimple marks on the face. Please suggest home remedies.
If there are no pimples, mix rice powder with a little curd and a pinch of turmeric. Apply on the thrice a week. Rub gently on the face, especially on the dark marks, with small circular movements. Leave on for a few minutes and then wash off with plenty of water. Two or three times a week, mix multani mitti with rose water and lemon juice into a paste and apply on the entire face, avoiding the lips and area around eyes. Wash it off when it dries.
I have brown patches on my cheeks. Please suggest remedies
You should apply sunscreen with a high SPF before going out in the sun. Mix rice powder with curd and use it as a facial scrub twice a week. Apply only on the dark patches and rub gently on the skin with tiny circular movements. Leave on for a few minutes and then wash off with water. Mix honey and lemon juice in equal quantities and apply daily only on the dark patches, Wash off after 15 minutes with plain water. Twice a week, apply a face mask. Mix 3 teaspoons of oats with one teaspoon each of honey, curd and lemon juice or egg white; apply on the entire face, avoiding the lips and area around eyes. Wash it off after half an hour.
