Dr. Blossom Kochhar
“In this pandemic we all are worried and stressed out and there is anxiety. To beat all that we need to lift our vibrations and for that there is nothing better than essential oils which are derived from nature and work on our mind, body, soul and emotions. This also cleanses us inside out and is a wonderful space cleaning tool.
The lockdown has ensured that the pollution has cleared out, we have animals and birds moving around, the oceans and rivers are clean and the Himalayas are visible. We should also work towards preserving this clean environment and take measures to save our environment”.
Dr Priya Kaul
“As the topic being discussed is very relevant for the current times when the entire world has been locked up into a deadly pandemic.I am positive that in the midst of the negativities and chaos floating all around us, space cleansing can prove to be very effective in bringing harmony and balance in our environment as also in our energies.”
What is “The SPACE CLEANSING”?
It does not mean only lurking for hours on doorknobs, handrails, keyboards, elevator buttons and other hard surfaces, just waiting to be passed on to someone else. It is more than that which also includes how you clean your environment.
In order to improve oneself and get positive energy to get back into the game, the speakers will recommend everyone to go for SPACE CLEANSING. In order to increase the work productivity, and a very cordial relationship amongst your workmates, SPACE CLEANSING should be done once in every Six months. Apart from cleaning your workspace on a regular interval the other core activities include Prayer, Shlokas which include Shanti Mantra, Sacred Morning Chants, and evening chants which have been followed since the Vedic age.
