Café Delhi heights is celebrating its 12th anniversary, and It’s surely proud moment for the brand to maintain its position for years and years. With fondness and success in Delhi, Mumbai, Chandigarh, Pune, Gurgaon, Noida, Ludhiana, Bangalore and more, Café Delhi Heights this June is completing its 12 years.  The brand is living up to the big-hearted expectations, Brainchild of Vikrant Batra & Sharad Batra, Cafe Delhi Heights, the all-day casual neighbourhood caféCafé Delhi Heights always manages to bring thrill, love and artistry on a plate meeting the colourful city palate.

Vikrant Batra, The most admired and dynamic restaurateur in the Indian Food and Beverage Industry, the wit and vigour behind the most accepted“Cafe Delhi Heights On completing 12 years says I have given all what I have to Café Delhi Heights, My vision to introduce Café Culture clicked with audience 12 years back and We as the brand are growing year after a year, he adds. We started our Journey from 1 outlet at Crosspoint mall, Gurgaon. Today we have 30 outlets and we are planning to open up more this year.  He further adds Completing 12 years also brings with it lot of responsibility- The responsibility to sustain yourself, the responsibility to keep up with people expectations, the responsibility to always bring the reason for the audience to keep visiting us, and Thus- we completely work towards the fulfillment for all the expectation people have from us.

We believe in growing and sharing. It is our mission to keep on sharing and spreading happiness among people with good food and hospitality. We have aggressive expansion PAN India plans, targeting to open 10 new outlets every year. We have already expanded our café in the cities of Ludhiana, Chandigarh, Lucknow and Bangalore. We plan on expanding our café in Dehradun, Faridabad, Amritsar and many other cities. We also plan to open our outlets of our COMFORT Bakehouse as well.

Vikrant Batra further adds Café Delhi Heights believes in two things, which are customer satisfaction and culinary perfection. Our growing strategy surrounds the motto of Cafe Delhi Heights, which is serving our customers with good food. We plan on growing much more on social media platforms as it helps us to connect with our guests more easily. Their feedback helps us improve and make us think outside of the box. Collaborating with different brands and doing many more pop events are some of the ways in which we plan on expanding ourselves as a brand. We also keep innovating ourselves from time to time, with introductions of new menus and new locations. Recently we have launched DLF Promenade, which is an outlet with a complete new look and also a new menu.

We at Café Delhi Heights keep introducing different food festivals on a regular basis. Right from interesting food festivals like Rice Above the Rest, Fish trap festival, Aperol Menu, Juicy lucy burger festivals, Pasta Festival, Monsoons specials etc to interesting combo offers like Valentine’s Day, IPL season etc We always introduce things to keep enticing our customers. We are also planning new interesting things like the Back to School Menu, Mangolicious festival, and Chai Pakora menu that we will soon be introducing at our outlets. Every 3 months, we introduce a booklet to our guests, which includes all our special menus, and activities that will happen within those months.

Right from Introducing Café Culture, to Casual dining culture to Juicy burgers and more, We are certainly content to Offer our customers the best of experience. Café Delhi Heights is a result of the attitude and gratitude  of my team, consistency, customers love. We started at an era where Café was a new term, We were the pioneers who brought Café culture in the Capital with the most vast menu of that time. It was surely Cult innovation.
