This January, Mumbai’s AER and Bengaluru’s Copitas, two of the finest bars in the country, are swapping bartenders, menus, and signature vibes for a weekend of cocktail creativity that promises to dazzle connoisseurs.

The festivities begin as Mumbai’s iconic AER takes over Bengaluru’s Copitas, recently ranked #38 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2023. Known for its breathtaking rooftop views and inventive cocktails, AER will bring its celebrated Gimlet Garden experience to Copitas.
Vineeth Krishnan, AER’s Beverage Manager, will present a stunning botanical-themed menu divided into four categories: Aromatic, Culinary, Medicinal, and Cosmetic. Guests can indulge in creations like Sesame Serenade, a nutty, sweet masterpiece, or Babuna Bliss, a fruity and floral delight. The refreshing Verdant Whisper and the non-alcoholic Lavender Grace, with its effervescent floral finish, showcase the perfect balance of flavor and texture.

The weekend culminates in Bengaluru’s Copitas taking over Mumbai’s renowned AER, housed at the Yacht Club. Gracy Chourey, Copitas’ celebrated mixologist and a World Class India 2024 Top 16 finalist, will showcase her innovative approach to cocktails.
