The premiere was a collaborative event organized by the embassies of Finland, Ukraine, and Norway, along with SIFFCY and the Smile Foundation. Diplomats, journalists, and changemakers attended the evening, engaging deeply with the documentary’s powerful message of resilience and love.

The 42-minute documentary captures Anastasia and her mother’s escape from the turmoil of war to the serene landscapes of Finland’s Lapland. Seeking to rekindle joy, Ksenia plans a magical Christmas trip where Anastasia’s dream of meeting Santa Claus becomes a reality. From dog sledding through snow-covered terrains to braving the icy waters of Kemi, the film portrays a heartwarming journey filled with moments of joy, adventure, and healing.
