Mexicola carries the first artisanal tequila bar in Goa, showcasing the versatility and diversity of this quintessential Mexican spirit. Its extensively curated cocktail menu ranges from classic to signature options, leaving customers with a bespoke cocktail experience.

Mexicola’s name is self-explanatory, representing Mexican cuisine and its delicacies. The decor and interiors were thoughtfully curated to have a bohemian-casual chic style in a tropical haven surrounded by greenery, bright colours, and murals. The restaurant’s warm, inviting, and cosy aura attracts customers and offers a peaceful and aesthetic atmosphere.The restaurant uses eco-friendly and sustainable materials such as bamboo and recycled hardware taking a responsible route.

Mexicola’s menu covers all the signature dishes that are a must-have for anyone looking to experience authentic Mexican flavours, offering a delectable range including the handmade Nachos using freshly prepared condiments like salsa, sour cream, guacamole, adobo sauce; the flavour packed and most loved tacos, the Vegetarian Enchiladas and Chicken Quesadilla. The perfect end to the meal is the hot cinnamon-sugar coated Churros with warm chocolate sauce.

The beverage menu is designed by ‘Mr. Bartender and the Crew’ and caters to everyone’s tastes and likes.The cocktail programme draws inspiration from the TV series, ‘Queen of the South’ and underlines Mexico’s quintessential spirit, providing the finest pairing of local Mexican ingredients within its concoctions. Most drinks are doused with agave nectar, providing an extra punch and flavour whilst Mexican Ingredients like adobo peppers, avocado are also sourced keeping each sip  naturally- flavoured and revitalising. There is nothing to beat the refreshing Margarita Nouveau, the El Cabron with a kick that will make you order another one, and the delightful avocado and mint-based cocktail, Eh Pendejo. The menu is versatile, and cocktails are handcrafted by superior mixologists.

The restaurant operates from 12pm to midnight, serving meals to cater to all timings. Mexicola can accommodate up to 60-70 guests in a comfortable and spacious outdoor area, with an adjoining covered verandah and indoor dining.

Mexicola’s  authenticity and freshness of ingredients sets it apart from the rest. Only the highest-quality produce is used, and most of the condiments are homemade or freshly prepared by the chefs.
