Chef Neha Deepak Shah’s Macadamia Brittle is a perfect blend of crunchy nuts and rich dark chocolate, with a touch of berry sweetness—an indulgence that’s sure to make this Raksha Bandhan even more memorable.
Ingredients:
- 100gm macadamia nuts
- 100gm dark chocolate
- A few cranberries or any berry of your choice
Process to Make:
- Roast the Nuts: Begin by roasting the macadamia nuts in the oven at 150°C for 7 to 8 minutes. Once roasted, allow them to cool.
- Melt the Chocolate: Next, melt or temper the dark chocolate, then mix it well with the cooled, roasted macadamias.
- Set the Mixture: Pour the chocolate and nut mixture into a mold or simply spread it out on a baking sheet.
- Add Toppings: Sprinkle chopped cranberries and extra macadamias on top of the mixture.
- Chill: Refrigerate the brittle for about 10 minutes, and your Macadamia Brittle is ready to be enjoyed.
