Forever living India celebrated a unique session of Aloe Yoga. An out of the box health and fitness practice that allows you to have sips of your favourite Aloe Vera Gel and keep losing the extra chubbiness at the same time. We, at FLP, love pursuing new ideas and challenges when it comes to exercising and staying healthy. Aloe Yoga is an idea we came up with for the international yoga day as it seemed the most perfect combination of FLP’s Aloe Vera Gel and the goodness of practicing yoga for a healthy, refreshed mind.
A select 25 registered participants got the chance to participate in an Aloe Yoga session exclusively held at the Mumbai RDO. Others joined this one of a kind session live on Facebook and followed the instructor right at the comfort of their homes.
To perform aloe yoga all one needs is to take a sip from the Aloe bottle over the course of your yoga session and perform a variety of postures and asanas, while trying to balance the Aloe bottle in your hands, or above your head. This action can be called ‘Sip an Aloe, do a Pose’. Sipping your favourite aloe gel while moving keeps your body hydrated and makes you feels refreshed.
