A stroll through the old town:
Nestled between Frankfurt’s iconic locations- the Emperors’ Cathedral and Römer City Hall. You’ll find the “new old town”, a time-honoured location steeped in history and tradition. The beautiful New Old Town consists of three winding laneways, a number of hidden courtyards. Palmengarten or Frankfurt’s botanical garden is one of the most beautiful sights in the city. With over 22 hectares of tropical plants, the Palmengarten provides visitors a chance to meander through a jungle-like tropical environment.
Walk along the Museum embankment:
Frankfurt is home to over 60 museums, 13 of which are located on the Main river embankment, including the Städel Museum, the Museumsufer and the Museum of World cultures.
