This Women’s Month, Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru proudly unveils “FSheroes: Breaking Boundaries with Every Flavour & Art”—a tribute to India’s trailblazing women chefs and artists at CUR8, the hotel’s dynamic all-day dining destination.
Launching in March 2025, FSheroes is a month-long celebration spotlighting the power of creativity, tradition, and resilience—weaving together art and gastronomy through the inspiring narratives of women who are redefining their fields.
Art Meets Culinary Excellence at CUR8
At the heart of FSheroes lies a unique collaboration between renowned artists and visionary home chefs, offering guests an immersive experience where food and art become expressions of identity, passion, and heritage.
From March 1-15, the Curated by CUR8 art exhibition will feature:
🎨 Shravani Dang – Showcasing intricate, nature-inspired artwork
🎨 Rangoli Garg – Exploring the emotions of Indian womanhood through her paintings
🎨 Onjali – Presenting abstract, figurative, and icon paintings influenced by her time at Visva-Bharati University & National Institute of Design
A Culinary Tribute to Women Who Inspire
FSheroes also brings forward extraordinary home chefs who have nurtured traditions and built culinary legacies from their kitchens. Each week, a new chef takes over CUR8, offering a buffet or curated sit-down dining experience:
🍛 Marwari Cuisine by Lata Khatri (March 6-8) – Founder of Lata Ki Rasoi, known for her handcrafted pickles and 40+ Rajasthani delicacies.
🍛 Bengali Cuisine by Sutapa Baruah (March 13-15) – The force behind Himur Heshel, a Kolkata-based cloud kitchen-turned-restaurant, bringing authentic Bengali flavors.
🍛 Saraswat Cuisine by Yogta Yaji (March 21-22) – Creator of The Saras Table in Goa, where guests enjoy an intimate, home-cooked feast of Saraswat specialties.
🍛 Coorgi Cuisine by Anjali Ganapathy (March 27-29) – Founder of Pig Out: A Coorg Kitchen Story, reviving generations-old Kodagu recipes through a sit-down dining experience.
