The author, Rachel Goenka, is the CEO of the Chocolate Spoon Company, that owns F&B establishments across the country.
In a first in contemporary cooking, Rachel introduces simplified and delicious recipes, using mithais and transforming them into modern desserts. Traditional Indian flavours get the taste, texture and luxury of modern baking, and come together to form unique desserts.
Rachel has successfully put together items like Masala Chai Crème Brûlée and Rasmalai Ice Cream.
