Celebrates 15 Years of Culinary Excellence with Exclusive Omakase Menus and A Special Visit from Nobu Matsuhisa

Nobu Dubai, the iconic culinary destination and the jewel of Atlantis, The Palm’s crown, proudly celebrates 15 years of delivering unparalleled dining experiences to its guests. To commemorate this special milestone, the restaurant is unveiling two extraordinary Omakase (chef’s choice) menus featuring world-class Nobu creations.

Available for a limited time, the exclusive menus showcase Chef Nobu’s innovative and signature dishes, reflecting the essence of his culinary legacy. Guests can experience a gastronomic journey that captures the spirit of Nobu Dubai’s culinary evolution over the past 15 years.

Sushi Bar Omakase

Embark on a culinary journey like no other at Nobu Dubai’s exclusive sushi bar, where a select number of guests will have the opportunity to experience the artistry of the 10-course menu. Diners will enjoy front row seats as the skilled chefs present a bespoke selection of the finest sushi and sashimi, showcasing the pinnacle of Nobu’s culinary expertise. With limited seating available, each guest will be treated to a personalised and unforgettable menu, bringing Chef Nobu’s creativity to life.

Nobu 15th Anniversary Omakase

The Nobu 15th Anniversary Omakase menu will take guests on a journey, offering much-loved dishes and a selection of Chef Nobu’s favourites. Diners are invited to try the likes of Nobu style signature sashimi trio, King Crab tempura aji Amarillo truffle honey soy, Chilean sea bass sobagaki white truffle, and smoked Japanese beef with coriander jalapeno salsa, as well as kaki goma cake with yuzu coconut sorbet and homemade passion fruit mochi for the sweetest of finales.

In an exciting addition to the anniversary celebrations, Chef Nobu himself will be visiting Nobu Dubai throughout the week. This presents a unique opportunity for diners to witness the master at work and savour the exquisite flavours crafted by the culinary genius behind the Nobu phenomenon.

After 14 years of residence in The Avenues at Atlantis, The Palm, Nobu Dubai moved in January 2023 to its iconic-new location within the crown of the destination resort. Taking the space formally home to The Royal Bridge Suite on the 22nd floor, Nobu Dubai offers incredible views over the Palm Island and Arabian Gulf.

Guests can sit in one of five dining areas, including the main dining room, the exclusive sushi bar, VIP booths with views to the bustling kitchen, and a beautifully appointed and expansive Palm view terrace, featuring a comfortable lounge area coupled with the stunning skyline of Dubai.
