Union Minister for Information & Broadcast Anurag Thakur, Climate activist &Actor -Jackie Shroff and UN Ambassador Dia Mirza set the tone for Planet India’s Climate Positive Campaign in New Delhi as India hosted G20 with ‘One Earth-One Family-One Future’
Planet India” brought together various influential figures to celebrate the climate-positive campaign inspired by India’s presidency of the G20. The premiere was attended by a diverse and influential guest list from entertainment, senior government figures, environmental and business leaders. The event featured Planet India Advisory Council member and leading actress and UN ambassador Dia Mirza, along with a special surprise appearance from actor and environmentalist Jackie Shroff, who is the face of Planet India. Having a well-known actor and environmentalist as the campaign’s face can help raise awareness and engage a wider audience. There was an exclusive preview of the “Planet India” film series, which was scheduled to launch on JioCinema and social media on September 8th. This indicates a strategic approach to digital platforms and social media for reaching a broader audience.
