Wellness is the new buzzword around town and I think that is great. People world over are learning that health and wellbeing are holistic in nature and that spiritual wellness is just as important as physical health. Organic and natural wellness products, along with alternative healing modalities like yoga, meditation, ayurveda and others, have seen a massive surge in interest and sales, and for good reason!
I’m very proud to call my company, Happy Soul, a wellness wonderland. Through our e-commerce site and retail wellness store in Anjuna, Goa; we encompass products, services, blogs, recipes and whatever it takes to be your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual best. Through both our online and offline portals, people access to the best quality of natural, organic, eco-friendly, cruelty and chemical-free products and services. From wellness centers, travel, blogs, online coaching, products, festivals etc we provide you with everything you need in the world of wellness under one umbrella.
I created Happy Soul to empower people and to help them become the happiest versions of themselves. I was lucky to grow up with a healthy understanding of what wellbeing truly is, that it is holistic and inclusive of mind, body, and spirit. When I was a child, my mother filled my life with the works of great philosophers, scholars and psychiatrist like Osho, J.Krishnamurthy, Jung, Freud and more. My grandparents, Baba Bedi a renowned energy healer and Freda Bedi who was an ordained Buddhist nun, also had a major impact on the way I perceived life. I later spent more than a decade researching, studying and getting certified in a plethora of fields like meta sciences, quantum physics, Newtonian physics, the human brain, and psychology. All of this lead to the birth of Happy Soul.
At first, I started conducting workshops online and at events that imparted skill sets, coping mechanisms, and changes on deep subconscious levels. Happy Soul later partnered with Magicians of Wellness (India) LLP and the brilliant Namrata Thakker to grow into a more corporate structure. We then set up our very own Wellness oriented retail store in Goa and built our e-commerce website.
As an entrepreneur, this is a very exciting time as my company is constantly growing and evolving. Happy Soul is all set to expand into other verticals of wellness, which include a health channel, wellness centers, spas and more. We have recently launched our very own Wellness Home Decor range of products that consist of Eco-friendly Soy Wax Scented Candles, sustainable and hand-rolled Incense Sticks, and beautiful Dragonfly Agate Coasters. I’m also happy to announce that we have tied up with Francorp to roll out 50 new franchises worldwide in the next 3 years.
Happy Soul is on the brink of amazing new things, and I can’t wait to explore them all one step at a time. My aim is to spread Holistic Wellness across India and hopeful someday, across the world.

Pooja Bedi has traversed multiple roles, be it of a fiercely independent, open minded individual who has spoken boldly across various platforms on women empowerment, male empowerment, governance, social causes and more, a daredevil who jumped off helicopters and lay in a pit with hundreds of snakes and rats in Fear Factor, a hugely successful professional in the world of TV, FILM, MEDIA and ENTERTAINMENT and single parent of two children, and a woman who has lived and loved on her terms. Championed many social initiatives for safe sex, HIV awareness, breast cancer, poverty housing, female foeticide and infanticide, economically deprived children and many, many more…Her work in Wellness largely stems from her decades of study and work in fields of mental, emotional and physical well-being. She is diploma holder with CHII on modalities for behavioural resolutions, health resolutions, spiritual hypnosis, clinical hypnotherapy, as well as has certifications in courses such as NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).Her certifications also include meta sciences such as Karuna Reiki, Usui Reiki, Magnified healing, Heal your life, Shamanism and more.
